Duties include but are not limited to the following
- Maintain the health and appearance of the golf course by performing lawn care, landscaping, and gardening tasks.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and irrigation systems to support turf management and landscape upkeep.
- Support general land maintenance activities including trimming, edging, fertilizing, and aerating.
- Collaborate with team members to execute daily maintenance schedules and special projects that enhance course aesthetics.
- Follow safety protocols while handling tools and equipment to maintain a secure work environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience or strong interest in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care practices, and landscaping techniques.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with general maintenance procedures related to golf course upkeep.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward course presentation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining energy and enthusiasm.
- Must be available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, and turf management.
