- Work with an established Southern California civil construction contractor
- Safely operate a Super 10 dump truck on active construction job sites
- Haul materials including dirt, asphalt grindings, aggregate, equipment, and construction debris
- Transport materials between jobsites, disposal facilities, and the company yard
- Maintain communication with jobsite foremen, superintendents, and company personnel
- Operate safely in compliance with company safety policies and California traffic laws
- Perform daily truck inspections and basic equipment care
- Assist jobsite crews when hauling operations allow
- Support field operations with tasks such as flagging traffic, sweeping work areas, and assisting with materials
- Complete daily haul tickets documenting loads, materials, origin, and destination
- Submit signed daily tickets and weekly timesheets per company procedures
- Represent the company professionally while operating on active client job sites
- Valid California CDL
- Clean driving record
- Proven experience operating Super 10 dump trucks in construction environments
- Ability to safely navigate active construction job sites and material yards
- Ability to maintain accurate haul tickets and documentation
- Strong communication with foremen, dispatch, and field crews
- Ability to follow company safety standards and traffic regulations
- Ability to assist jobsite crews when hauling operations allow
- Ability to work variable schedules and overtime when required
- Experience hauling for grading, excavation, or civil construction contractors
- Familiarity with Los Angeles and Ventura County jobsite operations and disposal facilities
- Prior experience working on residential tract developments or civil infrastructure projects
- Strong reputation for safe driving, reliability, and professionalism on job sites
