Sales Account Executive – Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous sales, account management, customer service, or business development experience required
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Strong organizational and forecasting capabilities

Sales Account Executive – Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience within manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or OEM supply chain environments
• MBA or 10 years of professional experience in sales, manufacturing, customer relations, or business development
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, and PPAP processes
• Experience preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and customer growth plans
• Ability to manage complex customer relationships and identify revenue growth opportunities
• Strong negotiation and business development skills
• Experience collaborating with operations, production, and customer service teams to ensure successful project execution
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability goals
