Restaurant Procurement Manager Requirements

• 8 years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experience
• Must have QSR or high-volume foodservice experience (no full-service backgrounds)
• Strong expertise in protein sourcing
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations and cost optimization
• Data-driven with strong analytical and communication skills
• Based in or near the Tampa market (no relocation at this time)
