Multi-Unit Restaurant Assistant Operations Manager Benefits

- Monthly stipend for healthcare

- 5 years as a GM ready to take on a multi-unit role or 3 years currently in a multi-unit management role - fast-casual/quick service restaurants only
- Drive excellence and lead teams
- A coach mentality - the ability to lead, mentor, and develop your people
- New restaurant opening experience is a plus
- Desire to work hands-on with the team during service - this is not a desk job
- Strong communication skills with zero ego
- MUST speak Spanish and English fluently
- Flexibility with scheduling - will be working Friday and Saturday nights
- Experience with high-volume to-go programs and catering
