Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities

• 3 years of high-volume GM experience-$4 million annual revenue
• Strong tenure and work history
• Proven track record in driving sales and managing P&L
• You must have a passion for genuine leadership and teamwork
• Hands-on operator with a lead-by-example mentality
