Beverage Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary of up to $100,000.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fine dining or steakhouse environment.
- Proven leadership skills with a polished presentation.
- Strong understanding of inventory controls, ordering, and program management.
- Experience managing a high-end wine list and beverage program.
- Previous experience in a high-volume beverage management role.
- Passion for educating and inspiring the service team to enhance beverage sales.
- Familiarity with operational duties and a willingness to work shifts alongside managing the program.
- Oversee and manage a large wine and liquor inventory, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the service team to enhance their knowledge and sales techniques.
- Execute operational tasks with a focus on maintaining high service standards.
- Engage with guests and staff to create an inviting and energetic atmosphere.
- Maintain organization and efficiency in beverage program management.
