Estimator / In-Home Sales Representative

📍 Erie PA: 20 dollars an hour while training and converts to commission after training. 80-120k is what the other 8 estimators make.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Estimator / In-Home Sales Representative to join a growing team in the remodeling industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys working directly with homeowners to create solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs
• Prepare and present quotes, and close sales
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project execution
• Attend pre-construction meetings and final walkthroughs
• Build strong customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM data and follow up with clients
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years of in-home sales or related experience (remodeling, cabinetry, construction preferred)
• Strong communication, listening, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Training period provided before transitioning to 100% commission structure
• Earning potential up to $100,000 annually

Additional Requirements
