- 70-80k base salary plus up to $10,000 in annual bonuses
- Leadership role at a well-regarded golf course restaurant.
- Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
- 3 years of General Manager experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong kitchen experience and ability to oversee BOH operations
- Manage day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, guest satisfaction, and service standards
- Coordinate seamlessly between restaurant service, banquet events, and golf simulator usage
- Adapt to seasonal fluctuations and ensure operational efficiency throughout the year
