- Assist The Store Managers with Oversight of Store Operations
- Help With Hiring and Working with Staff to Accomplish Bookkeeping and Merchandise Upkeep
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction and Meet Sales Goals
- Follow And Ensure Stores Are Following Company Policies and Procedures
- Conduct Personnel Performance Reviews to Assess Training Needs
- Direct Interaction with Your Own Group of Convenience Stores, Travel, And Manage Assigned Stores
- Grocery Or Retail Experience
- Well-Written, Computer, And Verbal Communication Skills
- Self-Motivated, Dedicated, And Hard-Working.
