- Ensure all restaurants uphold brand standards in quality, service, and cleanliness, and meet health department requirements
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and promotion processes
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for sales growth through promotional or operational initiatives
- Complete monthly operations reviews, cash and security audits, and ensure corrective actions are taken as needed
- Drive high levels of customer satisfaction by supporting management teams and ensuring top-level hospitality
