Compensation

· This is a 100% commission-based opportunity.

Requirements

· Solid experience in a Leadership, Recruiting, Human Resource or Sales position.

· Self-driven and competitive in nature

· Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

· Able to work effectively, autonomously, and consistently in a professional, remote office environment

· Possesses strong communication skills and integrity

· Ability to build and nurture strong working relationships

· Goal-oriented

· The financial ability to support yourself during the training and ramp-up period of 3 to 4 months - no base salary or draw.
