Pay: $48,000 to $53,000/year Commission

Experience: Recruiting experience required.

Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Array Corporation is seeking a Recruiter to join our internal recruiting team!

Job Description:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the process.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
