Private Chef Benefits And Compensation
- $70,000–$80,000 annual salary
- Live-in accommodations provided
- Health insurance starting immediately
- 401(k) eligibility after one year
- Prepare healthy pescatarian dinners four nights per week (no bread or desserts) and manage menu planning and grocery sourcing
- Execute two small dinner gatherings per month for 6–10 guests with thoughtful presentation and service
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and uphold professional standards within a private residence
- Prior private chef experience required with a stable work history (contract roles acceptable); must enjoy cats
- Experience preparing healthy, pescatarian or wellness-focused cuisine
- Background working in private homes or estate environments with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organization, planning, and ability to operate independently in a residential kitchen
- Long-term mindset with excellent reliability, communication, and attention to detail.
