This is a full-time, on-site role for a Private Chef located in Dallas, TX. The Private Chef will be responsible for preparing personalized meals, designing customized menus, sourcing fresh and high-quality ingredients, ensuring proper food safety and hygiene standards, and catering to individual dietary preferences and restrictions. The Private Chef is also expected to manage kitchen inventory and maintain a clean and organized kitchen space.
- Strong culinary skills, including meal preparation and creating customized menus
- Knowledge of food sourcing, ingredient selection, and maintaining high-quality standards
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and proper kitchen maintenance practices
- Ability to cater to a variety of dietary needs and restrictions
- Effective time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet client preferences and schedules
- Culinary education or certification is preferred but not required
- Prior experience as a private or professional chef is strongly preferred
