Multi Unit General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit or Director-level restaurant leadership experience
• Proven success managing multiple concepts and driving revenue, profit, and guest satisfaction
• Strong expertise in P&L management, labor and cost controls, vendor partnerships, and compliance systems
• Skilled in hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing managers and teams
• Ability to balance hands-on leadership with strategic vision and long-term planning
