- Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus program with total compensation potential over 200k/year

- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while attending in-person meetings as needed, with up to 50% travel
- Proficiency with technology and digital tools
- Strong understanding of chain brands and supply chain operations
- Culinary or restaurant industry background preferred
