Multi-Site General Manager – Rochester, NY Area

A respected family entertainment group is seeking a General Manager to lead and elevate the performance of multiple sites in the Rochester area. This is a hands-on executive opportunity for a versatile leader who enjoys driving growth, building teams, and making a direct impact across multiple customer-focused businesses.

Multi-Site General Manager Benefits & Compensation

• $80,000 - $90,000 base salary per year plus bonus
• Full-time, salaried position with flexible scheduling

Multi-Site General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 5 years of multi-unit (or high-volume) leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, recreation, retail, or a similar environment
• Proven accountability for revenue growth, budgeting, labor management, and operational profit
• Demonstrated success developing and managing supervisors or leaders across multiple locations
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales, financial, booking, and guest satisfaction data
• Effective written and verbal communication with comfort reporting to ownership
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, payroll/scheduling systems, POS, booking platforms, and business communication tools
• Must be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  
  

Multi-Site General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience specifically in family entertainment centers, indoor attractions, or party/event businesses
• Bilingual skills are a plus
  
  

Multi-Site General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Serve as the General Manager for multiple locations, accountable for growth, profitability, and guest experience
• Translate ownership goals into detailed action plans and ensure execution through supervisors
• Drive each facility’s revenue through increased attendance, event bookings, and effective promotions
• Oversee budgets, control labor and purchasing costs, and recommend improvements to pricing and offerings
• Lead and develop direct reports, building a culture of accountability, performance, and guest focus
• Maintain on-site presence across all facilities, ensuring brand standards and operational excellence
• Manage safety, compliance, facilities maintenance, and vendor relationships
• Prepare and present regular performance reporting to ownership, escalating issues with recommended solutions
