Lead Physical Therapist – Las Vegas, Nevada
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient practice in Las Vegas. This is an opportunity for PTs who aspire to grow and develop within a leadership role and is ideal for a licensed physical therapist with a clinical background in an outpatient setting. The ideal PT also has an eye for operational excellence, and a passion for helping others thrive in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Lead Physical Therapist Benefits and Compensation:
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)
- $5k Sign-on bonus
- Quarterly productivity bonus

- Paid federal holidays and up to 20 days of PTO annually (approx. 1 month)
- Continuing Education Unit (CEU) and license reimbursement
Lead Physical Therapist Requirements & Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada (or eligible to obtain)
- Master's or Doctoral-level education
- Clinical experience in an outpatient setting strongly preferred
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Orthopedic and manual therapy background experience
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in an outpatient setting
- Supervise and support PTAs, PT technicians, massage therapists, and front office staff
- Ensure compliance with EMR documentation and clinic protocols, HIPAA compliance
- Promote a positive and productive work environment through hands-on leadership
- Assist with workflow improvements, patient engagement, and community outreach initiatives
- Participate in the business development and clinical expansion of the practice
Lead Physical Therapist Preferred Background & Skills:
- Demonstrate strong documentation skills and fluency in EMR systems
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities with both patients and staff
- Show initiative and professionalism in all aspects of clinical care and operations
- Be motivated to help grow the business while maintaining clinical excellence
- Preferably be bilingual (English/Spanish) to better serve a diverse patient population
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education and research
- Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality
- Comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing physical therapy practice
