Job description:
Job Summary
- Deliver high-quality care within a boutique training gym in Tivoli Village
- Collaborate with trainers to help patients become active and pain-free
- Operate in a cash-based, results-driven model
- Ramp up to full time caseload over next 2-3 months
Clinical Approach
- Phase 1: Hands-On Healing
- Dry needling, joint mobs, soft tissue work, cupping, heated scraping
- Reduce pain and restore mobility
- Phase 2: Root Cause Treatment
- Identify and correct underlying movement dysfunctions
- Phase 3: Performance & Prevention
- Work with trainers to build strength and prevent re-injury
Responsibilities
- Build trust with patients and get them better
- Collect 3 Google reviews/month
- Treat 6-8 patients per day once full time
Experience
- Experience in an outpatient setting with active individuals or gym-goers
- Bonus: familiarity with insurance-based PT and a strong desire to deliver higher-quality, patient-centered care
