- Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience (industrial or R&D preferred)

- Ability to do repetitive work while maintaining focus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing lab environments
- Familiarity with water treatment chemistry or lubricants/petrochemical products
- Instrument calibration and troubleshooting experience
- Background in regulated environments (ISO, EPA, etc.)
- Knowledge of organic or inorganic synthesis
- Conduct accurate analytical, biological, and performance testing on various samples
- Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments
- Follow established SOPs and safety protocols at all times
- Analyze test data, interpret results, and prepare detailed technical reports
- Communicate findings clearly to internal teams and stakeholders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
