Inside Sales Specialist Benefits And Compensation
- Salary $60,000 - $72,000 plus commission
- OTE $125K

- 3-5 years of proven success in sales, preferably within a high-volume outbound calling environment.
- Demonstrated ability to cold call effectively and close sales over the phone.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong objection-handling abilities with a calm, professional demeanor.
- Highly goal-driven, self-motivated, and committed to exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls with professionalism and confidence to introduce products and identify customer needs.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing communication.
- Handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, lead activity, and sales performance.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
