A recycling company is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within their facility.

Ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently while maintaining a safe working environment.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Manage the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and inventory.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
• Fabricate parts or components as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
• Oversee heavy equipment & truck maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Implement project management practices for maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  
  

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proficiency in using CMMS for tracking and managing maintenance tasks.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
• Ability to fabricate components or parts as required for repairs or upgrades.
• Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Heavy Equipment and truck systems and their maintenance requirements.
