What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations in a high-volume, full-service environment
• Coach, develop, and motivate your team to perform at a high level
• Maintain strong cost controls, including food, labor, and inventory
• Ensure consistency, quality, and execution across every shift
• Partner with leadership to drive performance and culture
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years of leadership experience in full-service restaurants
• Proven success in high-volume environments ($2M annual sales)
• Hands-on leader who leads from the front
• High energy, strong sense of urgency, and team-first mentality
• Passion for hospitality, food quality, and developing others
