Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations and service execution
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
- Establish a strong culture centered around hospitality, accountability, and teamwork
- Manage labor, scheduling, and operational systems
- Oversee financial performance including P&L, labor management, and cost controls
- Partner closely with ownership and culinary leadership to execute a successful opening
- Maintain high service standards and a strong guest-focused environment
- 5 years of restaurant leadership experience in full-service dining
- Experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume restaurant
- Proven ability to lead teams and develop strong service cultures
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials and operational systems
- Opening experience or experience with growing concepts is a plus
- A visible, floor-driven leadership style
- $75,000 – $85,000 base salary
