Kitchen Manager Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or Assistant Kitchen Manager in a high-volume, full-service, systems-driven casual to upscale-casual restaurant required
• Demonstrated leadership skills: approachable, team-oriented, leads by example, and committed to maintaining standards
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment
• Track record of maintaining standards, exceeding goals, and building strong team relationships
• Experience with inventory management and ordering is required
• Strong commitment to food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance
  
  

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and lead the team - set high expectations and consistently deliver results
• Foster positive, respectful relationships with all kitchen staff while maintaining accountability - integrity matters
• Stay actively involved in all areas of the kitchen with constant awareness of operations
• Uphold high service standards with strong attention to detail
• Work alongside the team to create outstanding guest experiences every time
• Ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
