General Manager Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel and food & beverage operations across multiple outlets
- Lead, coach, mentor, and inspire department heads and teams
- Create and sustain a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, positivity, and guest engagement
- Drive financial performance through strategic leadership, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and revenue optimization
- Maintain strong visibility with guests, ownership, and associates
- Partner closely with culinary and operational leaders to ensure consistency, innovation, and luxury-level service
- Develop and retain high-performing leadership teams
- Ensure operational excellence, brand standards, and exceptional guest satisfaction throughout the property
- Lead by example with a hands-on, team-first leadership style
- Extensive luxury hotel or boutique resort leadership experience as a General Manager or senior executive leader
- Strong food & beverage background overseeing multiple outlets
- Proven business acumen with success managing high-volume luxury operations
- Dynamic leadership presence with the ability to motivate and unite teams
- Strong background in culture building, coaching, and team development
- Must currently live in Colorado or possess strong ties to Colorado
- Stable career progression within luxury hospitality preferred
- Relationship-driven and highly visible
