General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management experience in quick-service or hospitality settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze data, manage financial results, and drive operational improvements
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  
  

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Previous management experience with quick-service concepts
• Familiarity with systems (Workforce Management, KVS, LMS, People Tools)
• ServSafe Certification
  
  

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management and crew team
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
• Analyze and manage financials, including labor, food costs, and controllable expenses
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and equipment protocols
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Execute marketing initiatives and foster positive relationships within the local community
