The Ideal Operations/General Manager
- Must have venue live music experience of 3 years
- Able to handle a fairly large staff and complex operation
- Full P&L responsibility with bonus based off of performance
- Personable, Polished, Confident leader
- Clean records, no DUIs
- Great starting base pay, $75,000/year with bonus potential
- Medical, Dental, Vision insurance
- Bonus program
- 401k
- Company offers 40 total venues across the country
