- 2 years as a restaurant manager in a fine dining establishment
- Boutique luxury hotel experience highly preferred
- Experience with Relais and Chateaux, Forbes, or Michelin standards preferred
- Excellent wine and spirit knowledge
- Experience with new restaurant openings preferred
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
- Manage the restaurant team members with integrity and consistency
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef and Hotel GM on restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards of service and excellence
- Manage inventory and bar program to ensure budget goals
- Schedule staff as needed to meet guest expectations and labor goals
- Other duties as assigned
