Litigation Associate Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of litigation experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in written discovery, legal research, and drafting motions
• Excellent academic credentials with highly developed writing and analytical skills
• Active member of the state bar in the office’s jurisdiction or eligible for admission by waiver
  
  

Litigation Associate Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience in health care litigation is a plus but not required
  
  

Litigation Associate Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Work closely with partners and clients on health care and commercial litigation matters
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions and briefs
• Manage all phases of written discovery and fact investigations
• Prepare for hearings, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and provide actionable recommendations
• Support case strategy and collaborate in team-based environments
