Executive Chef Qualifications
- 3 years as Executive chef of a Fine Dining outlet or standalone restaurant
- 5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a hotel setting
- Michelin, Relais & Chateaux, or James Beard experience is highly preferred
- Strong desire to live and work in the Chatham area
- Manage the culinary team with integrity and consistency
- Create menus and recipes that are inspired, artistic, and flavorful
- Work with the General Manager on vision and direction for the culinary offerings
- Work with the dining room leadership and team members to ensure service standards and execution
- Ensure financial integrity of the culinary program with controls on COGs and Labor
- Other duties as assigned
