Executive Director – Juneau, AK

A leading senior living organization is seeking an experienced executive director to lead a vibrant senior living and memory care community in beautiful Juneau, Alaska. Executive Director Benefits & Compensation

• Base salary of $120K–$150K, depending on experience
• Annual ROI bonus

Executive Director Requirements & Qualifications

• 5 years of proven leadership experience in assisted living or senior care environments
• Expertise in HR practices, compliance audits, and HIPAA regulations
• In-depth understanding of safe and effective building operations for resident communities
• Strong collaborative communication and reporting skills, especially with corporate teams
  
  

Executive Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead all operational functions of a senior living community with memory care services
• Manage and mentor department heads, fostering effective leadership throughout each team
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families
• Ensure ongoing compliance with state and local health and safety requirements
• Oversee the efficient, safe, and effective operation of the building and its property
