Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Engineering Project Manager based in La Mesa, CA. The role involves overseeing engineering projects from initial concept through completion. Responsibilities include client and staff coordination, preparation of project plans, budget and schedule management, regulatory compliance, and construction administration. This is a leadership position requiring strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Engineering Management and Project Management
• Experience in Project Engineering and Construction Management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
• Ability to oversee multiple projects at once
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 10–15 years of engineering project management experience
