District Manager Qualifications/Requirements

• 3 years as a Restaurant District Manager or Multi-Unit GM (6 units)
• 5 years of progressive restaurant leadership experience
• Proven success leading, coaching, and developing multi-unit teams
• Strong P&L management and financial accountability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in conflict resolution and team development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Highly organized with strong time management
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  
  

District Manager Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for 6–8 restaurant locations
• Drive performance and ensure brand standard compliance
• Hire, train, and mentor General Managers and teams
• Monitor financials, labor, and key performance metrics
• Develop and execute improvement plans for underperforming stores
• Conduct regular visits and audits to maintain consistency
• Communicate company goals effectively across all teams
• Promote a customer-first culture focused on quality and service
• Partner with franchise ownership to align business objectives
• Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives
