We are seeking a Director of FP&A to play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and building scalable infrastructure for a rapidly expanding organization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning
- Deliver data-driven insights to executive leadership
- Build advanced financial models to support strategic decisions
- Partner with operations to drive profitability and efficiency
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track business performance
- Mentor and grow a high-performing finance team
- 8–12 years of progressive FP&A experience
- Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong financial modeling and analytical expertise
- Experience in high-growth, high-volume environments ($250M–$1B preferred)
- Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
- Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamic 365, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong proficiency in:
- Advanced Excel (modeling, macros a plus)
- BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Financial planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.)
