Seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Search) to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns that drive ecommerce growth. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with hands-on experience in Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns who enjoys analyzing performance, testing new strategies, and maximizing return on ad spend.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of Google Ads experience (Search, Display, and Shopping).
- Strong knowledge of keyword research and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Performance Max, remarketing, or ecommerce is a plus.
- Manage Google Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns.
- Optimize budgets to maximize ROAS and revenue.
- Conduct keyword research and build campaign structures.
- Write, test, and optimize ad copy.
- Monitor bids, budgets, and campaign performance.
- Implement negative keyword strategies.
- Partner with creative and web teams on campaign messaging.
- Execute A/B testing across audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Build and manage first-party audience segments.
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations.
- Stay current on Google Ads best practices and updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
