The Role
We are seeking a Creator Marketing Specialist to support creator acquisition, relationship management, and campaign execution, with a focus on hotel and attraction content.
Marketing Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and recruit KOC/KOL creators within the hotel and attraction categories through social media platforms, forums, and online communities
- Build, maintain, and manage long-term relationships with creators; actively engage creators to produce relevant hotel and attraction content for short-video commerce platforms
- Plan and execute monthly creator campaigns, including content scheduling, progress tracking, and creator follow-ups
- Review and moderate creator content to ensure quality, relevance, and alignment with campaign objectives and platform standards
- Minimum 1 year of experience in creator marketing, affiliate marketing, KOC/KOL management, or related roles; experience in travel, hospitality, or eCommerce is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience managing a diverse pool of creators or talents across different content styles or industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; enjoys working with creators and providing hands-on support with a creator-first mindset
- Strong planning and execution skills for online and offline campaigns; creative, proactive, and comfortable generating new idea
