We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Catering & Events Sales Manager to lead outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion with a strong focus on revenue growth and market expansion.
This role is ideal for a proactive “hunter” who thrives on building new business, closing deals, and developing long-term client relationships across corporate, social, nonprofit, and wedding markets.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business through outbound prospecting and community networking
- Convert inbound leads into profitable events
- Conduct tours, tastings, and client presentations
- Develop customized proposals and close contracts
- Grow repeat and referral business
- Track pipeline activity and consistently exceed revenue goals
- 3 years of sales experience (hospitality, catering, events, or B2B preferred)
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and closing new business
- Strong inbound lead management and follow-up skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and performance-driven mindset
