Catering Chef Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually

- Minimum 2 years of catering or banquet experience required
- Prior experience in a catering hall or event-driven kitchen strongly preferred
- Proven team leadership experience

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification required or willingness to obtain
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Background in menu development or seasonal menu planning
- Oversee and execute high-volume catering and banquet production
- Lead, train, and manage a team of 5–7 kitchen staff
- Ensure quality, consistency, and timely execution for all events
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards
- Collaborate on menu development and seasonal offerings
- Monitor inventory levels and manage orders as needed
- Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
