General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 3 years in a leadership role, preferably with restaurants
• Weekend availability
• Experience managing a team of 20 or more
• Ability to work 40–45 hours a week
• Proven experience in team development
• P&L experience is a plus
  
  

General Manager Responsibilities

• Mentor and developed hourly employees
• Manage controllable costs, including labor and food
• Role model and train for excellent guest service standards
• Ability to communicate with management and team members
• Maintain the standards of the company
