Now Hiring: Workforce Readiness Trainer and Site Lead (Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Allegany)

What You’ll Do
- Facilitate Goodskills Career Builder Workforce Readiness training modules using engaging instruction (role plays, simulations, team exercises, discussions, videos, and lecture).
- Coach participants on resume creation, interviewing techniques, classroom participation, and professional workplace behaviors; provide one-on-one support as needed.
- Gather feedback from participants, training partners, and the business relationship manager; adapt training content to keep it relevant and high-impact.
- Supervise and support participants during experiential learning at offsite work locations; model professionalism and act as Goodwill of WNY’s representative at client sites.
- Use judgment to maintain participant safety offsite and evaluate participant conduct/performance, including program status decisions when needed.
- Maintain documentation, attendance, and ensure participant completion items (OSHA cards, certificates, resumes) are uploaded into CaseWorthy.
- Serve as Site Lead by coordinating cohort tours/presentations and managing onsite logistics (vehicle logs, gas cards/bus passes, clothing requests, and maintenance needs).

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human services, or related field preferred (relevant experience considered).
- 2 years’ experience as a trainer/training specialist (community-based training experience a plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and comfort using instructional tools/learning platforms.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities preferred.
- NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation; ability to work occasional evenings/weekends.
Compensation
- Full-time, non-exempt position. Salary range is $20-$24/hour based on experience.
