What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logan Goodwill Team Lead position at Goodwill Industries of South Central Ohio?
- Operate cash register according to Goodwill of South Central Ohio policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service; greet each customer as they come into the store and practice the 3-foot rule.
- Ensure the proper handling of all monies by adherence to GWSCO’s policies and procedures.
- Assist in the collection of donations coming into the store. Ensure all customers get a receipt if desired.
- Clock In/Out daily for scheduled shifts in Paycom using your unique login information.
- Share in housekeeping duties and maintain store appearance.
- Assist in the production, tracking and stocking of wares and textiles at the direction of management.
- Follow all Goodwill of South Central Ohio policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability through prior experience to work and manage all types of people, including those with disabilities. A self-starter who can work independently and as a team player. Able to organize and carry out multiple duties without assistance. Able to deal with stressful situations.
- Pleasant personality and neat appearance.
