Seeking a human resources specialist for the Corporate office of GIENC located in Durham NC. The primary focus of this position is to ensure compliance with applicable employment law to include, but not limited to, hiring and firing and the management of state and federal programs as they relate to illness, disability, and/or attendance. A four year degree in the field of Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited university or college is required. Four years of direct, applicable HR experience may also satisfy the educational requirements. PHR or SPHR preferred but not required. Must be computer literate, organized, and detail-oriented.
