Your day will be spent in family-style group homes and Day Service centers to assist with client goals and personal care needs.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will support positive behaviors, teach communication skills, and maintain health and hygiene for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your day will be spent in family-style group homes and Day Service centers to assist with client goals and personal care needs.
Shifts & Schedules Available:
- Front-Half (Sun-Wed)
- Midweek (Wed/Thu/Fri)
- Back-Half (Wed-Sat)
- Days: 7am-7pm or 8am-8pm
- Nights: 7pm-7am or 8pm-8am
Entry-Level Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record (day positions only)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs to physically assist individuals
- Flexibility in assigned working location based on client needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving or direct support experience, ideally in a residential or therapeutic setting
- Experience working with clients with aggressive or disruptive behaviors
- Training in crisis intervention or de-escalation techniques

This pay range represents GoodLife's average range for this role at the time of posting. Compensation offered will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, shift type and program location.
