What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Defense Attorney position at Goodell, DeVries, Leech & Dann, LLP?

The Supreme Court of Maryland recently upheld the General Assembly’s revival of historic, decades-old claims by victims of child sexual abuse—including claims against non-perpetrators, such as private schools, non-profit youth organizations, and other charitable organizations. Goodell DeVries is seeking litigators who are prepared to investigate and defend cases brought against these valuable institutions. You should have at least 3-5 years of experience in investigating, prosecuting, and/or defending criminal or civil matters.
