Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Complete a 3 hour orientation training
'Responsibilities
- Supervises and ensures the safety and well-being of the children at all times, being alert for the needs and/or problems of the children as individuals and as a group
- May assume temporary responsibilities of the teacher in the teacher's absence
- Assists with the daily reports, time logs, and incident reports
- Demonstrates commitment to center's philosophy and goals
- Follows all rules and regulations of the center, and complies with applicable regulations pertaining to the MSDE/OCC
- Other duties as assigned
- Attend to the physical needs of the children
- Nurture and promote the educational needs of children
- Establish positive and productive relationships with families
- Ensure the cleanliness
- Maintain a commitment to professionalism
