Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in childhood development, curriculum planning, and classroom management.
Duties:
- Fosters good hygiene by keeping children clean and neat at all times. This involves changing diapers and potty training.
- Create fun and engaging atomosphere that promotes learning through play and exploration
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure developmental milestones are met
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions among students
- Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs and development
-Responsible for being a Christian role model for children and keeping their interests in the forefront of all interactions.
-Follow all health and licensing regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience working in early childhood education is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
