Chase Memorial is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team in a Every Other Weekend leadership opportunity!
If you’re an experienced RN who enjoys leading a team, supporting nursing staff, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents, this position offers the opportunity to provide clinical leadership while enjoying a part-time Every Other Weekend 12-hour shift schedule.
Position Highlights:
Every Other Weekend Only – Saturday & Sunday 12-hour shift
Base Rate: $40.00–$44.00 per hour
Consistent every other weekend schedule
What You’ll Do:
As an RN Supervisor, you’ll provide clinical leadership and help ensure the nursing department operates smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of resident care.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide clinical leadership and direction to LPNs and CNAs
Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure clinical responsibilities are completed efficiently
Support, guide, and mentor nursing staff while promoting teamwork and accountability
Conduct RN assessments and help ensure residents’ clinical needs are appropriately addressed
Monitor resident care and promote compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures
Help maintain the daily staffing schedule to ensure appropriate coverage and quality resident care
Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify and address clinical and operational needs
Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff
Could participate in an on-call rotation
Perform other duties as assigned
