What You'll Do:
Every day is different! You'll have the opportunity to:
- Plan and lead engaging activities, games, crafts, music, and special events
- Create experiences that encourage socialization, creativity, and independence
- Celebrate birthdays, holidays, and life milestones
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and brighten their day
- Organize community outings and recreational programs
- Encourage participation while adapting activities to residents' individual interests and abilities
- Document resident participation and activity progress
- Help create a warm, welcoming, and fun environment where every resident feels valued
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- 75 hours bi-weekly
- 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Includes every 3rd weekend

Requirements
- Valid Driver's License (required)
- Ability to safely transport residents during community outings
- Previous experience in activities, recreation, customer service, childcare, education, healthcare, or senior services is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person with the right heart!
